Terms and Conditions

Your order will only be despatched on receipt of payment.

 

PAYMENT

Prices include VAT where applicable (VAT applies only to wines and champagnes).

Our checkout system allows you to pay online or by cheque or by card over the phone/fax. A VAT receipt will be posted with your order if you request it in the checkout.

 

DELIVERY

Most mainland UK addresses: Delivery charges are priced at £8.50 per delivery unless you order £50 or more when delivery is FREE!

Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Isles of Man, Channel Islands: Delivery charges are priced at £19.95 per delivery unless you order £50 or more when delivery drops to £9.95.

 

Delivery will be within 3-5 working days of receipt of your order. Your order will be packed in special temperature controlled packaging to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. Tregida uses a leading National next day delivery service to fulfil its internet orders.

 

GUARANTEE

If you are not delighted with your purchase simply return it within 30 days for a full no questions asked refund of your total purchase price. We will also refund your normal postage costs if the fault is ours. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

DELAY

We will contact you by email or post in the unlikely event there is any delay in despatching your order, when you will have the opportunity of cancelling the order for a full refund, or accepting the delay.

 

OUT OF STOCK

In the unlikely event of our being out of stock of a constituent hamper product, we reserve the right to exchange products to a similar or greater value at no extra cost to you the customer.

 

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

You can cancel your order by emailing us or phoning us within 1 hour of placing your order. Because we work on a very fast turnaround we may not be able to stop an order after this time.

 

COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint about any aspect of our service please contact us by phone or email.

 

PRIVACY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

 

We will only use your email address to notify you of our receipt of your order and in the event of there being a query over your order. We will not send you marketing emails at any time unless you have given us permission to do so. We never pass your e-mail address or postal address to any other company or organisation.

 

In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act passed into law 11 Dec 2003, we do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

 

The personal information which we do hold while processing your order will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
