Tregida Smoked Salmon is produced using traditional methods to ensure high quality and authentic tasting results. After being dry cured it is smoked slowly for a minimum of 24 hours to give it the renowned Tregida smoky flavour.
The Salmon Royal is a smoked salmon Side that has been left uncut but has been trimmed to just leave the centre loin, hand slice at the table or in advance, a real show stopper.
